How To Remove Pet Stains

Pet stains Removal

Pet Stains Removal Specialist Denver

AmeraClean specializes in pet stains removal and pet odor out of carpets. Pet odor and stains require special treatment, involving deep cleaning of the underlying carpet padding, and fabrics. The age of the stains will determine the procedures we use to remove the pet stains and odor. Older stains are generally more difficult to remove, but our 4 Step Pet Treatment allows for this difficulty.

Our processes for eliminating carpet odor involve thoroughly cleaning the affected area, not just dampening the scent with deodorizers. Our techniques are safe for your family. Thoroughly cleaning the pet spots, and eliminating the odors, can reduce the probability of your pet making the same mistake twice.

Choosing a carpet cleaning professional that doesn’t specialize in pet stains may have the same results as trying to clean the spots yourself–the spots look like they are clean, then several days later, the spot reappears in the form of a yellow or orange spot. Our efficient steam cleaning and extraction processes ensure that the odor and spot are gone forever.

4 STEP PET Stain Removal:

1. First step, we precondition with a special pet treatment to dissolve the salt in the pet stain.

2. Then, we rinse to lift away the stain.

3. Next, we apply heavy duty enzyme that will continue to work for 48-72 hours.

4. Finally, we apply a special formula to remove the yellow stains

Carpet Cleaning Health Risks For Pets

Carpet cleaning health risks for pets
ASK THE VET February 24, 2010
Q: I want to have my carpets professionally cleaned and am wondering if there are health risks to be aware of. My dogs frequently eat biscuits and lick the crumbs off the carpets. Is there a method of carpet cleaning that is safer and/or healthier for pets? And is there any particular method I should definitely avoid?

A: According to the ASPCA Poison Control Center, most carpet-cleaning products can be used safely in households with pets as long as the instructions for their use are strictly followed. Many options exist for cleaning carpets these days, including companies that advertise “green/eco-friendly” or “chemical free” cleaning.
Research any companies you are considering to make sure they are reputable. Carpet-cleaning companies should provide safety data on their cleaning products upon request, which should include information on pet safety. You can also check with one of the consumer rating services or with friends to gather information on the quality of the carpet-cleaning company you are considering.

It’s best to keep your pets out of the house during the cleaning process, but if your pet is exposed to any concentrated cleaning solution, it is important to thoroughly wash the exposed area of skin with clean water to remove any residue.

Birds, in particular, can be very sensitive to airborne toxins and chemicals, so extra precautions should be taken when using cleaning products in their environment.

Please discuss this or any other particular concerns about your pet with your veterinarian before having your carpets cleaned. Just like people, sensitivity to chemicals differs among pets, so you should monitor your pet after your carpets are cleaned, especially if they are older and/or debilitated. Contact your veterinarian if you notice any skin irritation, gastrointestinal problems or other abnormalities.
